The confirmed timetable for Wednesday 10 June went live at 17:00 this evening on sncf-connect.com. The numbers are the worst of any strike day in France so far this year: one in three TGV high-speed services cancelled across the network, half of all Intercités trains gone, and regional TER services described by SNCF itself as severely disrupted. Eurostar has confirmed specific train numbers are cancelled on the French network on 10 and 11 June, with six Paris-route services cut across Wednesday and a Tuesday evening departure also pulled.

What the Confirmed Timetable Shows
SNCF published the official June 10 timetable at 17:00 this evening, as required under French law. This is not a forecast: every service visible on sncf-connect.com or the SNCF Connect app right now reflects what will actually operate tomorrow.
For TGV InOui and Ouigo services, one in three trains is cancelled across the network on Wednesday. International TGV routes managed by SNCF, including the TGV Lyria to Switzerland, face the same reduction. On Intercités, the cross-country trains used by millions of non-business travellers, only one in two will run, with overnight services also affected. TER regional trains face what SNCF describes as severe disruption, with the precise picture varying by region and published through the relevant regional SNCF website from Tuesday evening.
In Paris and the Ile-de-France, most RER and Transilien lines are disrupted throughout the day. RER A is the exception and should run normally. RER B, the direct rail link between central Paris and Charles de Gaulle Airport, is running on a reduced timetable. If you have an early morning flight on Wednesday and were relying on RER B from Gare du Nord or Chatelet, leave at least 45 minutes earlier than you normally would. The Paris Metro is unaffected by the SNCF action and running normally.
The four-union joint action is why this disruption is so much heavier than the January 2026 SNCF strike, which involved just two unions and caused almost no real timetable impact. When all four major unions act together, the pool of volunteer and non-striking staff that SNCF normally uses to fill the gaps is far smaller. The operator confirmed it will “mobilise all resources” to protect as many services as possible, but acknowledged it “does not have the means to fully cover” all journeys on strike day.
For Eurostar passengers specifically, the operator has confirmed that trains 9007 and 9036 on the French network are cancelled across 10 and 11 June due to strike action, alongside a Tuesday evening departure and a Thursday morning service. Eurostar’s live disruptions page is updated continuously and is the authoritative source for your specific train number. The company says it has contacted all affected passengers directly, but it is faster to check your booking yourself than to wait for an email.

What You Can Actually Do
The definitive timetable is live now. There is no longer any reason to wait before acting on a booking for Wednesday or Thursday morning. The steps below are in order of urgency.
- Check your specific train on sncf-connect.com or the SNCF Connect app tonight. Search by train number or by route for 10 June. If your service does not appear or is marked as cancelled, it is not running.
- For Eurostar passengers, go to eurostar.com/travel-updates and search by your train number. Then use Manage Booking on eurostar.com to request a free exchange or full cash refund.
- Claim your refund before the original departure time. The window closes at the moment your train was originally scheduled to leave. A 08:00 departure on Wednesday means the claim window closes at 08:00 Wednesday. Leaving it until you get to the station is too late.
- Consider Thursday afternoon or Friday instead of Thursday morning. SNCF warns that early Thursday services may carry knock-on disruption from Wednesday. The safest recovery window is from Thursday afternoon onwards.
- If you are catching a flight from CDG on Wednesday, RER B is running on a reduced timetable. Give yourself at least an extra 45 minutes compared to a normal travel day, and have a taxi or bus alternative identified in case the reduced service is full.
What You Are Owed
A confirmed cancellation on a strike day does not reduce your rights. Both SNCF and Eurostar are required to offer a full refund on any cancelled service, regardless of whether you booked a flexible or non-refundable ticket. Strike action is not a reason to withhold the refund.
Your Rail Passenger Rights on a Cancelled Train
A confirmed cancellation entitles you to a full refund or free rebooking, even on a non-refundable fare, under SNCF and Eurostar policy and EU rail passenger rights.
Full ticket price refunded for any cancelled service, claimed before the original scheduled departure time.
For SNCF trains, claim through sncf-connect.com under My Trips, by calling 3635, or at any staffed station ticket desk. Refunds reach your bank account within three to five working days. If you paid by Cheque Vacances, a digital replacement voucher is issued rather than a cash refund.
For Eurostar bookings, free exchanges and full refunds are handled through Manage Booking at eurostar.com. Eurostar confirmed this week that it has written to all passengers on affected services. If you have not received anything, check the spam folder associated with your booking email address, then go directly to Manage Booking without waiting further.
If your train does run but arrives significantly late, EU rail passenger rights apply to cross-border journeys. A delay of 60 to 119 minutes entitles you to a 25 percent refund of the ticket price for that leg. A delay of two hours or more earns 50 percent back. These are post-travel claims and are calculated on the fare paid for the delayed leg, not the total journey cost. For Eurostar delays, claims go through the Eurostar customer service team after travel completes.

- Eurostar cancellation refund: eurostar.com, Manage Booking. Cash refund or free exchange to any available date.
- Delay compensation (cross-border rail): 25% of ticket price for a 60-119 minute delay; 50% for a 2+ hour delay, under EU rail passenger rights.
- Booked through a third party? Trainline, Rail Europe and other intermediaries cannot refuse a strike cancellation refund. The claim still runs through the operator, not the booking site.
