TrainPal is a rail-tech app and website covering UK and European train travel, including Eurostar. Alongside standard tickets it sells Railcards, coach and flight bookings, airport transfer tickets (Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted Express) and international rail passes for trips further afield.
Its split-ticketing technology automatically finds cheaper fare combinations for the same journey, and the app charges no booking fees. It suits commuters, students, families and anyone who wants the cheapest fare without doing the split-ticket maths themselves – especially with our TrainPal discount codes applied at checkout.
Planning a trip around Italy? TrainPal is offering up to 15% off Italian train tickets, with no code needed to unlock the saving. Just book your Trenitalia or Italo journey through the TrainPal app and the discount applies automatically at checkout.
A £60 Rome-to-Florence return at full price could drop to around £51 with the 15% saving applied automatically at checkout.
Anyone can use this offer – new and existing TrainPal customers booking Italian train tickets through the app qualify automatically, with no sign-up scheme or verification needed.
No. This saving applies automatically when you book Italian train tickets through the TrainPal app, so there’s nothing to enter at checkout.
It applies to Italian rail journeys booked through TrainPal, including routes on the Trenitalia and Italo networks. Check the app for your specific route and fare type.
This offer runs until 31 October 2026, so book ahead of that date to lock in the saving.
Yes – add your Railcard to your TrainPal account and it will apply alongside eligible fares, on top of the Italy saving.
No – TrainPal doesn’t charge booking fees when you book through the app.
TrainPal doesn’t run a separate NHS scheme for this Italy saving – it applies to any customer booking Italian train tickets through the app. NHS staff travelling in Italy can use this discount the same way as everyone else. For dedicated NHS railcard and ticket deals, see our full TrainPal discount codes page.
This Italy saving works alongside any Railcard already linked to your TrainPal account, so students with a 16-25 Railcard can combine both discounts on the same booking. For wider student deals like Student Beans or UNiDAYS railcard discounts, check our full TrainPal discount codes page.
