ITC Hotels is India’s leading luxury hospitality group, part of ITC Limited, with properties across major cities and leisure destinations. Alongside the flagship ITC Hotels brand sit Mementos, Welcomhotel, Storii and Fortune, covering everything from five-star city stays to boutique heritage retreats and business-friendly hotels. It suits travellers who want fine dining, spas and attentive service – whether you’re planning a city break, a business trip or a longer leisure stay.
ITC Hotels’ best rate guarantee means that if you find the same room cheaper on a comparison site, ITC Hotels will match it and add an extra 25% off the difference – no discount code required. It covers direct bookings across ITC Hotels, Mementos, Welcomhotel, Storii and Fortune properties. Book on the official site, then claim within the time limits below to lock in the saving.
Say you book an ITC Hotels room for £150 a night, then spot the same room for £130 elsewhere – once your claim is approved, ITC Hotels refunds the £20 difference plus an extra 25% of that gap, so you get around £25 back on top of the lower price.
Anyone booking direct with ITC Hotels can use the best rate guarantee – there’s no membership or ID check, just proof of the lower rate you’ve found elsewhere.
Beyond the best rate guarantee, you can join Club ITC for member rates and reward points, add the Culinaire plan for 20% off dining and spa, or book multi-night stays for extra value. Check our full ITC Hotels discount codes page for any live codes.
No – there’s no code to enter. You book direct, find a lower rate elsewhere, and claim the difference plus an extra 25%.
You must submit your claim within 24 hours of booking and at least 48 hours before you arrive.
Participating ITC Hotels, Mementos, Welcomhotel, Storii and Fortune properties, with a small number of exclusions.
Membership rates, opaque or auction sites, flight-inclusive packages, promo-code rates and stays over 30 nights.
The difference between the two rates, plus an extra 25% of that difference once your claim is verified.
ITC Hotels doesn’t run a separate NHS or blue light scheme for the best rate guarantee – the price match works the same way for everyone, NHS staff included. If you’d rather have a dedicated discount, check our full ITC Hotels discount codes page for the latest offers.
Club ITC members can still use the best rate guarantee on a direct booking, though rates booked using membership pricing don’t qualify for a price-match claim. Looking for a student or membership saving instead? See our full ITC Hotels discount codes page.
