Damac Hotels & Resorts runs five Maison-branded properties in and around Dubai’s Downtown district, including Aykon City, Distinction, Mall Street, Cour Jardin and Canal Views. Suites range from studios to three-bedroom apartments, each with a full kitchen and separate living space. It’s a strong fit for families and groups, with a complimentary kids’ club and easy access to Dubai’s main attractions. Check our Damac Hotels & Resorts discount codes before you book.
Book your Dubai stay on your phone and DAMAC Hotels & Resorts takes up to 40% off every room category at DAMAC Maison Aykon City. It’s a mobile-only rate with no promo code to find or enter, so the saving lands the moment you check out on the mobile site. With kids-stay-free, a complimentary kids’ club and unlimited pool and gym access thrown in, it’s one of the easiest ways to cut the cost of a Downtown Dubai break.
A studio at DAMAC Maison Aykon City listed at around £250 a night drops to about £150 once the 40% mobile discount applies, a saving of roughly £100 a night before service charge, VAT and the tourism fee are added.
Anyone can use it – there’s no membership or verification needed. Just open the offer link on your phone and book through the DAMAC mobile website rather than the app or desktop site.
No. The up to 40% saving applies automatically when you book through the mobile website, so there’s no code to enter at checkout.
No – this rate is for the mobile website specifically. Desktop bookings and app bookings don’t qualify, so open the link on your phone’s browser.
It applies to DAMAC Maison Aykon City in Dubai’s Downtown district, across all room categories from studios up to three-bedroom suites.
No. DAMAC’s terms say the mobile rate can’t be combined with other promotions, so it’s this discount or another one, not both.
It’s listed as running until 15 December 2026 and is subject to availability, so book your dates while the mobile rate is live.
DAMAC doesn’t run a separate NHS or Blue Light scheme for this mobile offer. NHS staff and key workers can still take the full up to 40% mobile rate at Aykon City, since it applies to any booking made through the mobile site. For other ways to save at DAMAC, see our full Damac Hotels & Resorts discount codes page.
There’s no student or loyalty scheme attached to this mobile rate, it’s open to everyone who books through the mobile website. Pair it with Pay Upon Arrival if you’d rather reserve now and settle the bill later. For more options, check our full Damac Hotels & Resorts discount codes page.
