Sa Calobra

Pollenca to Sa Calobra returning via Inca & Sa Pobla

This route map and guide of the cycle ride and climb of Sa Calobra offers up thrills and adrenaline the whole way of it's 75 miles of cycling paradise. The number one climb in Mallorca provides stunning views as you work and sweat towards the ultimate summit of Coll Dels Reis to see what you then have the opportunity to free wheel all the way down. On the way to the top you'll be climbing up via Coll De Femenia coming from Port De Pollenca. Take your time and head off early in the morning to beat the coaches as you will end up in bike traffic jams if you arrive late. There are cycle transport services but these need booking in advance, we advise waking your legs up on the climbs and you'll enjoy the decents even more!

Overall on this ride you will cover 75 miles if you take the extended version that we have created along wit a killer 7,600 feet. The route is well worth the views though and the added extra miles you get to enjoy. On the return instead of heading straight back to Pollenca you take the right hand route to Caimari. This throws in a whole new level of fun on a speedy and twisty decent taking you back via Inca then directly through the centre of Sa Pobla. On the most popualr parts of the routes you'll find plenty of photo and refreshment opportunities so bring some cash to grab that well deserved and needed by this point coffee.
