We had a fabulous afternoon at @cha.gorreana learning all about the process of growing, picking, drying and turning the plant into the cup of tea we recognise. Bonus o ...
f the visit is that we brought some home with us to enjoy here!
One thing we learnt is that green tea and black (breakfast) tea come from the same plant, it’s just the way they are processed which causes the difference. Who knew? 🌱

Ok, so we would have been incredibly lucky to find the extremely rare and endangered Azores Bullfinch during our trip to Sao Miguel, but what we weren’t expecting were so many chickens 🐓

🐕🦺 Liquorice hasn’t been very well for the last week and for a moment we thought we might of lost him. On Monday he had lost all balance, energy and wasn’t eating.
🏥 Luckily after a ...
few visits to the vets and a lot of love his now recovering and getting back to his old self. We were worried it was a brain tumour but luckily it was something called Vestibular Disease which he is now recovering from.
🏆 At 15 his truly and old boy but we’re so proud of how he deals with everything with such a positive attitude, even being about 90% blind now he loves everyday!
