Aerosus specialises in air suspension parts: air springs, air struts, shock absorbers, valve blocks and compressor units for premium marques including Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Porsche, Land Rover and Bentley, plus a growing range of American and Asian models.
It suits DIY fixers and independent garages alike, pairing OEM-matched parts with technical support to help you pick the right fit before you buy. Use our Aerosus discount codes to bring the cost of a replacement down.
Aerosus gives you free UK delivery and free returns on every order of air suspension parts, with no minimum spend and no code to enter. Just add the air springs, struts or shocks you need to the basket and the saving applies automatically at checkout.
Ordering a bulky part like an air strut or compressor unit often costs £15-£25 to ship with other suspension specialists. At Aerosus that’s £0, and if the part turns out to be the wrong fit, the free return means sending it back costs you nothing either.
Anyone can use it – new and existing customers get free UK delivery and free returns on every order, with nothing to sign up for.

No. Returns are free too – request a prepaid label through the Aerosus returns portal or by calling their UK line.
No – free delivery and free returns are an ongoing part of shopping at Aerosus, not a limited-time promotion.
Aerosus doesn’t run a separate NHS or Blue Light discount, but the free delivery and free returns on this page apply to NHS staff and key workers the same as everyone else. For a code-based saving on top, check our full Aerosus discount codes page.
There’s no separate student or loyalty scheme at Aerosus either, so this free delivery and returns offer is already a strong starting point for trade buyers and DIY fixers alike. Pair it with a discount code or a pair-buy saving from our full Aerosus discount codes page for more off.
