Business Agreement

You are entering into an agreement with Genius Digital LTD, trading and branded as Genius Travels. All services, communications, and invoicing will be conducted under this name.

1. Scope of Service

    • Each Featured Article is crafted using our editorial discretion to achieve maximum visibility and audience engagement

    • Content is aligned with your brand objectives while maintaining our platform’s tone and standards

    • We apply our expertise and platform insights to position the article for optimal exposure across search engines and relevant audiences

    • Final content presentation and structure will reflect our brand’s editorial strategy and audience expectations

    • Article length will be close to or around the advertised word count, though exact word count is not guaranteed and may vary depending on topic and editorial requirements

2. Content Ownership and Editorial Control

    • We retain full editorial control over the structure, tone, and style of the article to ensure alignment with our brand identity and audience expectations

    • While the article will be crafted to promote your brand, product, or service, it will be presented in a way that suits our platform’s voice and values

    • We reserve the right to decline specific messaging or claims that do not meet our editorial standards or legal guidelines

3. Payment Terms

    • Payment must be made in full within 14 calendar days of invoice issuance

    • Once an estimate is accepted, full payment is due and non-refundable

    • Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 5% per month or part thereof

    • We reserve the right to withhold publication or remove published content if payment is not received within the agreed timeframe

4. Revisions and Approvals

    • One round of minor revisions is included, provided they are requested within 5 business days of receiving the draft

    • Major changes or additional revisions may be subject to additional fees

5. Publication and Promotion

    • Publication date will be scheduled upon receipt of payment and final approval

    • Social media promotion is at our discretion, unless explicitly included in the contract

    • If you would like guaranteed or placed social media promotion, please request this as an additional service

6. Liability and Indemnity

    • You confirm that any materials, claims, or data you provide are accurate and legally compliant

    • You agree to indemnify us against any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from the content you supply

7. Cancellation Policy

    • Once an estimate is accepted, the project is considered confirmed and full payment is due

    • No refunds will be issued after acceptance, regardless of cancellation

8. Confidentiality

    • Any proprietary information shared during the project will be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties
